I try to send proposals – Monday to Saturday – 3 proposals per day at maximum to maintain the quality of my proposals.
For a freelance business to run smoothly, you need to keep submitting proposals to potential jobs daily but not spam them with more than 3 proposals each day. This phase of the business is also called marketing where you expose yourself up to potential customers with an intention to help them with their projects.
Do not use the same proposal again and again and make a single generic proposal for all jobs.
The proposals need to be personally tailored, error-free, value-giving, must contain some examples and approach to solve problems or achieve job goals. Do not forget to proofread your proposal twice before submitting it to match all expectations and questions asked by the client in the job description.
