Webinar Event — Free Webinar and Event Promotion Post Template

Webinar Event is a free post template for promoting webinars, workshops, meetups and conference talks on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. A calendar-style date block and a "Free live webinar" kicker sit at the top, the talk title fills the middle, and the footer shows the speaker's photo, name and role next to a "Register free" button.
The date is unmissable
The date block is a rounded square with the month in small accent capitals and the day in a large bold numeral, the same pattern people know from calendar apps. It sits top-left, where eyes land first.
Time zones included
The time line ("Thursday · 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT") has room for two time zones, which matters for US audiences spread across coasts and for international attendees. Write it the way your audience reads it.
Put a face on it
Events with a visible speaker get more registrations. Upload the speaker's photo to the round frame with an accent ring, and add their name and role. The button on the right gives a clear next step.
Professional blue gradient
The default background is a deep ocean-blue diagonal gradient with sky-blue accents, which reads as professional for B2B and tech audiences. The title uses Montserrat at 800 weight. Highlight the key benefit with *asterisks*, and long titles shrink to fit.
Counting down to the event? Use Countdown. Sharing a quote from the speaker afterwards? Try Big Quote.
