We’re Hiring — Free Job Post Template for LinkedIn and Instagram

We're Hiring is a free recruitment post template for job openings on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. A bold accent frame borders the post, with a "We're hiring" kicker and your logo at the top, a large role title in the middle, three detail chips, and an "Apply" button with your careers link.
Everything a candidate scans for
Job seekers look for three things in a feed: the role, where it is, and the type of contract. The role title is set very large in DM Sans at 800 weight, and the three chips underneath hold details like "Remote · US", "Full-time" and "React · TypeScript". Empty chips disappear, so you can use one, two or three.
Stands out in the feed
A thick accent-coloured border, drawn as a CSS border on the whole post, frames the job like a notice, and the warm orange palette signals opportunity. Highlight the key skill in the role title with *asterisks*.
Clear call to action
The apply button is a solid accent block with your careers URL ("Apply → webdevpuneet.com/careers"). Because Instagram captions don't allow clickable links, put the URL right in the image and in your bio.
Optional logo
Upload your company logo to the top-right corner. It keeps its proportions and hides when empty.
