About this template

Meet the Team — Free Team Introduction Post Template for Instagram & LinkedIn

Meet the Team social post template: A friendly team introduction post: a "Meet the team" headline, a short intro, and three member cards with round photos, names and roles, plus your handle. It also works as a single new-hire welcome.

Meet the Team is a free social media post template for introducing the people behind your brand. It has a "Behind the scenes" label, a big "Meet the team" headline, a short intro, and three member cards with round photos, names and roles, finished with your handle.

Why team posts work

People follow people. Posts that show the faces behind a business consistently feel more trustworthy than product posts, and behind-the-scenes and employee content is one of the content types brands lean on most on LinkedIn and Instagram. A tidy, consistent team post makes it easy to run a regular series, introducing one department or one new hire at a time.

Photos that look consistent

Each photo sits in a circle with a white gap and an accent ring, so headshots taken on different phones still look like a set. Upload photos straight from your computer; they're cropped to the circle, you can drag to reposition faces, and they never leave your browser. Until you add photos, the circles show a soft accent gradient, so the layout still looks finished.

One design, every size

On the 4:5 feed size the three cards sit side by side. On the 9:16 Story size they stack into a list with the photo on the left, and on 16:9 for X and LinkedIn the headline moves into a left column. Names and roles wrap neatly, and *asterisks* colour any word in the headline. Download PNG or JPEG, a PDF, a short animated video or the HTML.

Why use it

Why Use the Meet the Team Template

👋
People trust people
Faces behind a brand build more trust than product shots, which is why team and behind-the-scenes posts are a staple on LinkedIn and Instagram.
◎
Mixed photos look matched
Round crops with an accent ring make headshots taken on different phones look like one consistent set.
↻
Easy to run as a series
Swap three names and photos each week to introduce every team, with colours and layout staying the same.

How it’s different

How It’s Different From Canva-Style Templates

</>
Real HTML and CSS, not a locked image
Canva-style templates only give you an image. These are plain HTML and CSS you can copy, download as a .html file or fork into My Code, then reuse on a website, in an email or in your own design system.
◍
Private by design
Text and photos never leave your browser. Images are drawn locally on a canvas, so client photos and unreleased product screenshots stay on your device.
⇲
Every size from one design
Layouts use relative units, so one design exports as an Instagram portrait post, a square, a Story, a 16:9 X post, a LinkedIn image and a Pinterest pin, or all six at once as a ZIP.
✓
Free, with no account or watermark
No sign-up, no premium-only templates, no watermark and no download limits. Edits are saved in your browser for next time.
Aa
Text that always fits
Long headlines shrink step by step instead of overflowing, and Story layouts keep text clear of Instagram’s buttons. Most template editors leave both to you.
v1
Versioned templates
Each template has a version number and an update date, and the exported HTML records which version you used, so you can tell when a design changes.
