Q&A Post — Free "You Asked, We Answered" FAQ Post Template

Q&A Post is a free social media template that turns a follower's question into content. Styled like a chat, it shows the question in a bubble with who asked it, your answer in a larger accent-coloured bubble with your avatar initial, a "drop your question in the comments" prompt and your handle.
Your best content is in your DMs
The questions customers and followers ask you are exactly what other people are searching for. Answering them publicly builds trust, saves you from repeating yourself in DMs, and gives you a steady stream of content ideas. A recognisable "You asked, we answered" series also invites more questions, which feeds the next post.
Designed like a conversation
The chat-bubble layout reads instantly as a question and an answer, even before anyone reads the words. The question is set in a bold heading font, the answer in a comfortable reading size, and both shrink automatically if your text is long. Wrap the most important part of the answer in *asterisks* to highlight it. Credit the person who asked ("@sam.designs asked") to make followers feel heard, or change it to "A customer asked" for privacy.
Ready for every network
The dark default palette stands out in light feeds, and the question bubble colour is its own setting. It exports as an Instagram portrait or square post, a Story, a 16:9 X post or a LinkedIn image. For myths people believe, use Myth vs Fact; for a list of answers, try the Numbered List Post.
